Detailed itinerary

04 Nights / 05 Days Package Tour

• Day 01: Arrive Srinagar - Baltal Apprx 115 Kms
  On arrival assistance at Srinagar airport and then drive direct to Baltal via Sonamarg. The distance of about 115 kms will be covered in about 04 hrs. Rest of the day free at Baltal for acclimatization and prepare for next day's trek to Amarnath Cave.
  Dinner overnight in tents at Baltal
  
  Riding Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Amarnath Cave from Baltal itself at an additional cost which one can organize by himself / herself once they are at the spot some how the rate for per pony are approx 1500 - 2200 for to and fro ride from Baltal - Shri Amarnath - Baltal
   
• Day 02: Baltal - Amarnath Cave - Baltal - Srinagar
  Distance: Trek approx 14 Kms one way.
  Today after early breakfast trek upwards to Amarnath Cave for darshan. Once you reach inside the cave there is scenery of calm tranquility of white and glistering three massive Lingmas stand erect symbol of Lord Shiva, Parvathi and Ganesh. After darshan trek back towards Baltal where our chauffer will be waiting for you and will transfer you from Baltal to Srinagar, on arrival at Srinagar check in at houseboat / hotel, after check inn hot shower will be ready and you will be served with pure vegetarian meals. Overnight stay on houseboat / hotel.
   
• Day 03. Srinagar
  Today you may have your breakfast late in the morning as you will be tired of trekking, after breakfast proceed for a half day tour around Mughal gardens visiting Nishat garden, Shalimar Garden, Cheshmashahi “the royal spring” and etc.. after returning back from Mughal gardens board on a Shikara for boat ride for 2-3 hours, and in the evening return back to houseboat / hotel for overnight stay.
   
• Day 04. Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar
  Today after morning breakfast proceed to Gulmarg, Meadow of Flowers (56 kms /2 hrs) situated at an altitude of 2730 meters, and full day at leisure to take the leisurely walks on the lush green meadows of flowers with a backdrop of the snow capped mountains. Enjoy pony ride or Gondola ride (rope way) to Khillanmarg at your own cost, evening return back to Srinagar time at leisure overnight stay houseboat / hotel.
   
• Day 05 Departure Srinagar
  Today after breakfast on time transfer to airport for onwards journey.

Detailed itinerary

 

• Day 01: Srinagar - Sonamarg - Srinagar
  On arrival assistance and meet our chauffer who will drive to Sonamrg through the Sindh Valley which presents yet another spectacular facet of countryside in Kashmir. Situated at an altitude of 2730 m, Sonamarg (the meadow of God) has as its backdrop snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. On arrival check in at hotel, time at leisure for personal activities
  Pure vegetarian food will be served at hotel.
   
• Day 02: Baltal - Amarnath Cave - Baltal
  Today early morning breakfast and check out your hotel, our chauffer will take you up to helipad at Baltal where from you will be lifted by helicopter to Shri Amarnath Cave and after Darshan return back to Baltal where our chauffer will be waiting for you and then from there drive back to Sriangar via Mughal gardens visiting Nishat gardens, Shalimar garden, Cheshamashahi etc.. in the evening return to houseboat for overnight stay.
  Pure vegetarian food will be served on dinner
   
• Day 03 Departure Srinagar
  Today after breakfast on time boat ride by Shikara on Dal-lake for 2-3 hrs and same way departure transfer to airport for onwards journey

TERMS AND CONDITION

Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By accepting them and submitting your deposit for the trip, you agree that all these terms and conditions apply to the agreement that INDIA TRAVEL MAKERS, and its Affiliates / Divisions supplies to you.

Reservation Policy
All customers availing our services on the site are requested to fill the details in Reservation Form given on the site. Visitor may also get in touch with us through our email indiatravelmakers@gmail.com  , indiatravelmakers@hotmail.com  or by telephone 09871553711. India Travel Makers reserve the right to not to accept any booking order without assigning any reason thereof. Any reservation is not completed till the full money towards the services is received from the customer, until specified unless.

Price Includes All our rates are valid for the period requested by the customer / quoted in our reply. During X Mas and New year (15th Dec - 15th Jan) period. Rates for festive dates will be given on request only. All our rates are inclusive of all Expenditure Tax, Luxury Tax or other taxes as applicable, until specified unless. All rates quoted in INR are applicable for all Resident Indians and USD (or any other foreign currency) rates are applicable for Foreign National and NRIs too. Any additional taxes introduced by the Central / State Government during the course of fulfillment of the transaction shall be payable by the customer purchasing our services. Check in Check Out Time
In India most of the hotels offer noon time (1200 hrs) check in and check out facility. Customer requiring complementary early check in or late check out facility should send us a request in writing so as to enable us to take authorization from the respective hotel/s. We do not guarantee for any such facility without the approval of the hotel. Payments The entire payments will be collected in advance from the customer at the time of final confirmation through any of the following mode as per the conveniences

Confirmation
After confirmation of hotels and other requested services an advance of 50% of total cost may be remitted to our bank account. A copy of bank activity report may kindly be faxed to us or scan and sent it by email in the attachment for our file records and further follow ups with our banker. .

Payment Receipt and Service Vouchers
The customer will receive a copy of invoice, payment receipt after final confirmation and payment process. A copy of the service voucher will also be forwarded to the respective hotels and other service providers for their information and records.The original copy of hotel and transport vouchers etc will be handed over to the customer upon arrival in India.

Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellation must be made in writing to our Office by sending email to indiatravelmakers@gmail.com or indiatravelmakers@hotmail.com atleast a month prior to the date of arrival of the client. We levy following cancellation charges.

» 10% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior
» 25% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 15 days prior
» 50% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 07 days prior
» 100% cancellation in case of no show
All hotel reservation require reconfirmation by the agent / customer atleast a one week prior to the date of check in failing which hotels reserve the right to levy atleast one night retention which is payable by the customer making reservation through us. India Travel Makers does not take any responsibility to make any refund on deposit to the clients until the same has been received by us from the hotel/s. Refund, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only, as per the conversation rate prevailing at the time of refund, as per the existing rules and regulation.

Liabilities
While offering the services to the customer through the site, India Travel Makers has endeavored to ensure that all the information are complete and accurate, but company neither warrant nor take any responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the same. Company will also not be responsible for any complaint / dispute between the customer and any hotel. An e mail or fax should be sent to us with the exact and detailed information of the nature of complaints which will be forwarded to the respective hotel for their clarification and further actions. India Travel Makers will not be responsible for any compensation due to any complaint and dispute between client and the hotel.
